Announcing Website Builder

I am excited to announce a new product that comes to complement our offering: a website builder! 

 

We rolled out the website builder silently  in the middle of August, but we now make the official roll out.

 

 

With the website builder and the information already in our system, you can build a lodge website that has all the  essential information needed: a general description of the lodge and its facilities, pages with rooms and amenities, a contact form and a map to pinpoint the position of the lodge, plus three extra pages that you can tailor to your own needs. For instance, in the custom pages you can include information about the area, certain activities that the visitors might be interested in, nightlife etc.

 

Both the general pages and the custom pages allow for image inclusion in the form of a nice gallery. There is no limit about how many photos you can upload and you don’t have to worry too much about the sizes, as the system takes care of them automatically.

 

The websites are also equipped with our booking engine (Web Bookings) so that you can start receiving online bookings immediately.

 

The websites are multilingual (we currently support four languages) and can take different themes. We start with just one basic theme, but we will soon add more, to cater for the different tastes. You can switch between themes with the click of button and without any further work your sites will have a new look.

 

 

The websites generated by the website builder are hosted by us, so you don’t have to worry about finding a hosting company and managing essential backend tasks like updating, backups etc.

 

 

Every new feature we add to the websites will show up in our admin app but will not affect the look and feel of the website before you decide to take action.

 

 

You can assign your own domain to the website and  your google analytics tracking code so that you keep track of your visitors and their habits.

 

 

You can also add your social media properties and banners that display your status or rating. For instance, Tripadvisor banner, Booking.com etc.

 

 

The website builder is included in the Pro subscription plan along with Web Bookings, Reports, Client Lists and Advanced Pricing. And it costs only 20 Euros per month. And if you subscribe for a yearly plan, you get three out of twelve months for free!

With our basic app for tracking reservations, the booking engine and the website, we give lodge owners an integrated suite of tools to manage their properties simply and efficiently. And with the upcoming channel management tools, we will complement this suite to the fullest.
